Abstract
การศึกษาการนำ “Work anywhere” มาใช้กับบริษัทเอกชน กรณีศึกษา: ฝ่ายศูนย์บริหารคำสั่งซื้อและลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ บริษัท ปตท. จำกัด(มหาชน) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบ Architecture ของ Work anywhere หรือ Virtual Organization นโยบายที่มีความจำเป็นสำหรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปสู่ Work anywhere หรือ Virtual Organization รวมไปถึงFundamental ด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ กฎหมายของประเทศไทย และลักษณะงานว่าลักษณะงานใดเหมาะสมหรือไม่เหมาะสมต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปเป็น Work anywhere หรือ VirtualOrganization ในปัจจุบันยังไม่ได้มีการกำหนดกระบวนการ รูปแบบ Infrastructure หรือลักษณะของการทำ Work anywhere หรือ Virtual Organization ออกมาอย่างชัดเจน จึงยังไม่มีแนวทางในการปรับเปลี่ยนองค์กรไปสู่ Work anywhere หรือ Virtual Organization ทำให้ทำให้องค์กรไม่มีแนวทางที่จะปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบการทำงานและไม่มีข้อมูลที่จะช่วยในการตัดสินใจว่าองค์กรควรจะเปลี่ยนแปลงรูปแบบการทำงานหรือไม่
